I'm intensely interested in seeing how Bradish pitches on Saturday

We all know he had a real bad start last time out. 3 walks, 7 hits.5 runs in less than 3 innings. Yes, there were a couple of bad breaks...a  strikeout that bounced into the stands and caused Bradish a much higher pitch count...but he was hit hard too...Im very curious to see if that was just "one of those outings" and that he's fine and will pitch well on Saturday. If he gets lit up again, there may be something wrong. Let's hope he looks reasonably good.Remember he DID have a serious strain in his arm to begin the season. We'll see.

In addition to the ball that bounced off the plate, in that same inning there was a hard-hit grounder to Westburg that could have been a DP but he fumbled it.  He recovered in time to throw out the runner at 1B but the failure to get two outs hurt.  That could have been an 8-pitch inning.   Still, I agree it was a very subpar outing even before that.

Like someone else mentioned, hard to imagine they throw him out there if there’s a feeling his arm is hurt again. We’ve heard nothing about imaging or swelling. And it makes sense that extra rest would help him out. So I’m being optimistic about his health until something tells me to not be, beyond one meh start.

I’d say that was more towards reasonably good.
