Of course we are disappointed we haven't hit well for four innings today.

It's just claiming we have "slumping bats" based on less than 2 times through the order against one pitcher, and that the lead seems in surmountable, is just so over the top.

I know you've watched this team all this year.   I know you must have seen MANY times where we don't hit early in the game but we wind up scoring a bunch.   I know you know we have the highest scoring offense in the entire major leagues.

I guess the over the top sky is falling stuff just gets on my nerves.   We are winning games at a near historic pace this year... we are on pace to win more games than any team in Oriole history except 1969.   The idea that the game is over and we have no chance because we are down 3-0 in the 4th inning just seems so laughable, I find it hard to believe people actually think that way.    Have they not watched this team all year.

Yeah, we may lose today for just the 23rd time in 68 games.   But this talk of "slumps" that are 15 at bats long, or 3 run leads being insurmountable, is just mind boggling to me.

Steve, I do agree with you.  It is just a moment of passion of disappointment.  I know if we lose today it will be forgotten tomorrow.  In other sports the fans are the same way passionate and say things they don't mean.  I know the O's pretty much have a wild card wrapped up.  I just want to catch the Yankees due to my forever history of hating them. Today's possible loss will give the Yankees a bigger lead over us.

I don’t get bothered losing today. It is a bit eye opening 7/9 players look like they have no chance at the plate. This is what we will see in the playoffs.

That is why we got Burns,Bradish, and Rodriguez to shut down the other teams.  Your right offense is usually down in playoffs but that doesn’t mean a game in June against one guy means a lot.  If Lopez shuts us down in the playoffs that means we made the World Series.

This team struggles to hit consistently at home, it’s the same as last year. Idk what it is but we definitely hit more consistently on the road. It’s frustrating.

Again there is nothing true to that statement.
