Well, stats and projections never tell the whole story, but for what it's worth the stat-savvy sites were gushing about our defense more than ESPN or SI or anyone else. Fangraphs was leading the charge.

Yeah, I had a 1992 baseball card of him that had Joey Belle.

I think he told the media he wanted to be called Albert. I guess Brooks didn't get the memo, I always though it was funny.

He was good though, him and Scott Garceau would always have fun in the booth when they did games on Channel 2.
