It hit off the scoreboard. Nick jumped to try and catch it and it rolled away from him. Nobody screwed up really. One of those things.

I'm probably the only sad soul... but yes.

It was actually off the out-of-town scoreboard in RF. Markakis played it and nearly made a great jumping catch at the wall. Since he played for the catch, when it bounced off the wall it bounced pretty far off the wall and Pie ran and got to it before Markakis did. Pie was perfectly fine, and I don't have a problem with Markakis taking that route given the score. He almost had it.
