The "new" one or the one that was torn down for "minor repairs?" (LOL).

I was at the one today that had "minor repairs." I frankly don't like it - first they took out Pizza Hut (WTF??) and they reduced the seating inside by a grand scale.

Again... help me find the improvements in that????
