I missed the rundown, but saw a replay. I missed who messed up the play. Who threw the ball to 3rd (Izturis?) rather than running it over (since that would mean two runners on 3rd), and who took the return throw and missed the tag?

Izzi made the throw to 3B, Wiggi took the throw and missed the tag. But cut Wiggi some slack, the throw back to him was way high and he was off balance enough when he came down with it, to not get the tag.
