Tillman's looked good so far with five K's now through four innings. His only mistake was just that knee-high FB in the middle of the plate to Rasmus, who rode it out 384 feet.

Tillman's velocity is way way up. I'm seeing him touch 91, 92, 93, even 94mph. He's doing what he's going to need to do to be successful in the bigs.

Has anyone else noticed that Palmer seems to be quoting a lot of "advanced" stats this year? Just mentioned OBP and in the past I've heard him talk about PitchFx and Fangraphs too.
