I don't think we got KRod to replace the other guys already being used in those spots. I just think he is insurance if one of them falters, especially JJ.

I agree and even maybe more so to keep him out of Boston. I think the Brewers said we have a deal with Boston unless you give us Nick and Dan and Buck decided not only getting KRod would be good but also keep him from Boston.
