How would he be a 10 and 5 guy? This is only his 5th season in the AL.

After another season with the O's he would have 10+ years of MLB service time and 5 years with the O's. That's 10 and 5.

Huh - I always thought it had to be 10 years in the same league (AL or NL), +5 with the same team. Not sure why I thought that, but some quick research shows you to be correct.
