Claiming complimentary season plan holder fanfest tickets

Does anyone know how we claim the complimentary fanfest tickets for season ticket holders this year? I believe last year we went in under My Tickets and there was an option to "purchase" 2 tickets for $0, but this year I don't see the option. The only thing I can do is purchase fanfest tickets for $12 or $6 which is listed under the Special Offers option.

Did you get the email?

The team said that 2014 season-ticket holders and Dugout Club members will receive an email this week with an offer for complimentary

FanFest tickets that can be redeemed online through their My Tickets account.

If you go to your account,you should have two tickets that say"STH Complmentary Tickets".You should get free tickets for as many seats as you have.

Hmm...That's how I remember it from last year, but I don't have the complimentary option. I only have the purchase for $12 or $6. The only email I received was the one indicating Fanfest tickets were on sale.

Perhaps I need to receive the email first?

It was only two total last year as well. I thought I was going to get eight free tickets since I had four seats in my plan, but had to buy two so we could all go. You should definitely get one free ticket for each seat in your plan.

You only get two seats for free. 2014 was the same way.

Free FanFest Admission: You'll receive two complimentary tickets to the annual Orioles FanFest, held this year on February 1, 2014 at the Baltimore Convention Center.
