I figure if Chen doesn't return next year, Miranda has an excellent chance to be in the O's rotation next season - being a pretty good lefty who's probably as ready as he's ever going to be.

Whoever is the scout that is signing these cuban guys should be given some money and see what he can do in the Carribean. These Cuban players have been really great for our system. We almost have enough to have a Cuban prospect list.

He just keeps on having good outings. With him being a former pro in Cuba, it wouldn't be rushing him to use him at AAA.
