Pretty sure that Haikus have 7 syllables in the middle line, not 5.

Some have more than 7, but always at least 7. Here's one with 10:

Kare eda ni

karasu-ga tomari keri

aki no kure

On a withered branch

A crow settles--

Autumn darkness

So O'Day is going to the Nationals.

I don't think the team needs to get another reliever in lieu of other needs, but that's me.
