LOL, you're funny. It is doing well. I'm running, lifting, swimming, etc... It is a lot weaker so the first leg lifting session was pretty comical, but it got a lot better the second session. I ran 3 miles yesterday after lifting it on Tuesday which is a good sign. It is also very, very tight so stretching has gone normally painful (because I'm freaking old [emoji16]) to absolutely apocalyptic for the time being.
