Very interesting guy because of his speed element and salary combo.  I love what the guy brings, but I am not sure Buck would use his speed which would make him moot

His career wOBA of .280 stands out to me more than his speed.  He might not be the best fit for a team that's already weak in that category.

Love his defense and his speed, but, as they say, you can't steal first base.  Besides, who on the Orioles is going to take pitches behind him to let him steal second and make slap contact to drive him home once he has?

I think Fowler won't fit in the O's budget.  I agree that Hamilton isn't a good fit but you have to admit Kim is precisely the type of hitter you were describing.

Exactly. I think Billy is fun, but not what a winning team would use.
