IF this guy actually had some sort of "wake up call" and his attitude is different, he could be huge for us this year either as a 6th starter or in the pen. His stuff is very good

I wish him the best, but he is reliever as most have been saying for 2 years now.

Hope he can contribute. It's very likely we'll need a sixth starter at some point. I'd assume that Verrett is a bit ahead of him on the SP depth chart, and maybe so is Tyler Wilson. But you never know.

If he can put up numbers like he did in Norfolk the past couple years then welcome aboard but a 5+ ERA isn't going to cut it and he has to understand that. I'm hoping for the best but I see the bullpen in his future.

It's amazing how some guys can be pretty effective in AAA but can't translate it to the majors.
