Oops. Thought I'd responded to this last night, but I guess not. I was fine with keeping Harvey in to face Soto and Cabrera. I thought Givens or someone else should have been ready to come in in case Harvey couldn't find the plate and walked Cabrera, or gave up a game-tying (or worse) hit.
