May 4: Orioles try again to reach .500, in Seattle

I looked into getting a couple of those roof deck tickets for Saturdays Boston game and they were $150 each.  I get that they come with a free parking pass and free Boog's sandwich but that's still too much.  I passed.

Lopez came in with the following first time through the order stats:

6/40 with 0 extrabase hits, 4 walks, 1 HBP, 13 strikeouts

.150/.244/.150/.394

And tonight so far add 1 single in 7 at bats to that.  Two batters to go...

And he has now completed the FTTTO.  Thru 6 games.

7/49, all singles.  4 walks, 1 HBP.

.143/.222/.143/.355.

Now the minefield...

So who thinks Lopez should be taken out now?  Declare up front if you do.  Don't want to see him get lit up in the 4th and then have a bunch of people say he should have been taken out.

Be honest, would you really do it now, when he has looked as good as he has?

I'll go on record. I leave him in and see how he handles the next couple of batters. But I have a short leash.

Throw him. Even with an off day Thursday.

After second time, depending on pitch count.

after 3 innings, he has 8 pitches per inning. I don’t k ow what his pitch limit is,   but Hyde knows.

i would take him out after second time through, UNLESS his pitch count is exceptionally Low.
