Teams are going to start telling their guys that throw 97 to just back off 10% against the Orioles.  This is ridiculous.

Cy Rom strikes out the side.  It seems like the O's should have all the info they need to hit this guy.  At least Santander had a good at bat.  Work the count and wait for something over the plate.  The inside pitcher "sweeper" is a nasty pitch, but seems to miss the plate 90% of the time.

Rom is pitching well tonight.  Adley was the only one that was head-scratching for me, with him mistaking that slider for something else.  He caught those from Rom about a thousand times in the minors and should know what that looks like from Rom better than anyone.

they had Mateo at second with no out...and couldn't even move him to third...

Why not put the bunt sign on Rutschman to get Mateo on third and one out? This is pure hubris. Sometimes a successful bunt and manufactured run in a game like this gets the whole team started.
