If Trout request a trade from Angels what is he worth? If you controlled the Orioles would you be tempted.

So lots to think about.  So Trout is owed 37 million dollars a year thru 2030.  An enormous amount.  With Trout being injury prone lately and past age 30 does picking him up make any sense?   Would you give up any prospects for him?  What level prospects?  Would the Angels have to eat salary to make it happen?

I almost think Trout is untradeable right now.  Not until he has a season and stays healthy.  

I kind of think Trout stays in California because of the contract being so massive it does not seem friendly for a team to take it on.   I guess Philli and the NY teams might go for him since he is from Jersey.   They also have big pockets.

No.  I’d rather spend our money on players entering their prime than players whose best years are behind them, even if they’re still very good when healthy.
