I was going to post this in the O's board, but the data doesn't really seem to support anything O's centric because the "fly in the ointment" is that it's throughout the draft pool era (2012 to now) and the nature of the stats gives weight to drafts in 2012-2017.  So our line in the sand is Gausman.  

I was still shocked to see us in the top half:  #13 in IP, #8 ERA, #8 RA/9, and #5 FIP.
