I know that Adam Jones himself said no one should be worried about it, but anyone else nervous about this "forearm stiffness" going on? Every time you hear that you can't help but get a little bit nervous.

Maybin with a bouncer to the hole at SS. Izturis gloves it and had no chance to get him, but Maybin inexplicably rounded first base. Cesar threw behind Maybin and got him in a rundown for the first out.

Well I'm nowhere near the athlete or player AJ is, but when I played baseball, I dealt with forearm stiffness that eventually effected my elbow and shoulder at times.

It was hard to throw a baseball 95% of the time. Now again, he's in much better shape that I ever will be. Maybe I'm just overreacting a tad, but it's makes you feel a little bit worried.

He's only been out for a couple days. If it drags on for a week or more, then I'll be concerned.

Manfra mentions that there's "double-barreled" action in the Marlins' bullpen. Where did that expression come from, anyway? There aren't any barrels in a bullpen.

Anyway, Huff lines a two-run single, giving him 3 RBIs for the day. It's 4-0 Birds.
