Hamate surgeries/injuries can really hurt a players power.

Definitely ashamed for Pinto. Hernandez is a non prospect anyways at this point and Crampton was decent defensive SS minor league depth. Pretty strange to see non pitchers need Tommy John. He must've really let lose on a throw.

If I were Adam Crampton, I’d take this as a sign from God that it’s time to finish up my Stanford degree and figure out what I’m doing with my life after baseball.

I generally get annoyed at Grammar police on these boards... but when I read this post I initially thought Pinto had done something publicly embarrassing! (The sentence should read "Definitely a shame for Pinto")
