It's the subtle things that I like about Hyde. Santander plays his ass off defensively yesterday, diving catch, couple of hard running plays. He's DHing today. That's no accident. These little things help guys stay healthy, like it or not. 

And two good defensive replacement options for O'Hearn late in the game if you want to bring in Hays or Mateo.

You really need to stop saying this and listen to Eve Rosenbaum’s explanation of how the lineups are set.  Hyde makes the final decisions and there’s ample discussion and consideration of who needs rest and who needs playing time to stay sharp.   Just go to the 4:45 mark of this and there’s a very clear 3 minute explanation of the process.

Looks like Mountcastle is more of a regular, every day guy instead of a platoon with O'Hearn.

Stop trying to ruin the 'Sigbot sets the lineup not Hyde' narrative that's prevalent around here!
