Starting to think we maybe should swap roles with Kremer and Irvin and put Irvin back in the starting rotation.

Edit: nevermind, I just looked at his stats, he's actually an excellent pitcher. Mystery solved.

He's been a very solid starting pitcher his entire career -- except when he was with the Yankees, and he sucked.

I happen to like that about him.

I don’t know if the Orioles have ever had a pitcher as bone stupid as Kremer. It seems that almost every start he does something or other that makes me tear my hair out. Two innings in the book tonight and I’m almost bald.

Great:

• Kremer letting the running game bother him and throwing a ton of balls
• Cards playing small ball and annoyingly fouling off a ton of pitches
• Umpires doing weird stuff (not sure what we expected with HP Umpire Laz Diaz)

Should be a good game against the 20-24 Cards...
