I think he should be traded, but that pop up wasn't his fault.  It was GH's.

The pop-up was Ramon's fault too.  By default, the SS handles plays on the outfield grass that he can get to.  And the replay showed that Gunnar called Ramon off.  

Ramon has been a dead man walking for weeks.  Just cut him and get it over with.

Absolutely not.  If Gunnars calling is that's his ball.  Urias needs to get out of the way there.

Urias has marginal big league talent.  He's needed to back up 2B and 3B.  My bigger concern is that the team has forgotten how to hit is making sloppy plays defensively and is lifeless.

I honestly can't see how there could be any reason to still have Ramon on this team and Mayo in Norfolk 35 minutes later when the third game of the Toronto series starts.

You are comfortable with Mayo playing 3rd? 
 

I’m all for having him on the team but minus Mateo the INF depth is down. Holliday going to be back?

Mayo is starting his 6th out of 7th game at 1B tonight for Norfolk.  That tells me they are looking to play him there when they call him up and not 3B.  I wouldn’t be shocked if Mountcastle is traded before Tuesday.

I'm comfortable with Westburg/Mayo/Norby covering 2nd and 3rd.

How much of a dropoff would it be from the defense Urias is providing these days?
