This has been a theme with this team all year, not pitching around the opponents’ best hitters in crucial spots and it’s burned them many times.

We've had three games at home now in the playoffs over the last two years, and we have absolutely botched every single one. We got lucky with that call, but one run is all KC will need. Our offensive approach is bad, and so is our bullpen.
