Or how KC scored. Walk by the 9 hitter, stolen base, move him to 3rd by putting ball in play, then a clutch hit. That is EVERYTHING the Orioles failed to do in 2 innings today.

We seem to have less Royals trolls than 10 years ago.  Perhaps a sign of the decline of interest in baseball in general.  Or the success of the Chiefs over the Royals.  In any case, we are at the mercy of Kansas City apparently.

You can’t make a two-out RISP IBB decision based on who’s in the hole. Not in a 0-0 game.

Because Pasquantino might get on base. You are assuming he will make an out, which is the most likely outcome, but there is a more downside risk the more baserunners they get

Was interesting to see the replay of the pitch from behind home plate--was easier to understand why one would swing: low enough compared to all the high fastballs Ragans had been throwing and temptingly slow.
