Mike B
While Jones has been out over the past few games, Roberts has had 3 of his 8 steals. I see them to continue to be aggressive while he's out. Once he's back I don't think you see Jones or Roberts racking up the steals. Jones is the reason, Roberts is not running. He is too good to take pitches to allow Roberts to run. nevadaO
BAD call by the ump, they misssed the tag low and finally touched him up high when he was on base. DANG Even the Royals announcers were saying he never tagged him until he was clearly on the base. :cussing:
alaniee
How many balls is this KC pitcher throwing! We're not even capitalizing!!

isestrex
Shame about the ump not seeing the "phantom tag" on Huf... but he was beat regardless. Bad decision to run.
SammyBirdland
The umps are giving phantom tags to the Royals. Who do they think they are, the Yankees?
sector7g
How has Huff managed to get caught stealing 3 times already this year? He should never step off first base!
Big Mac
Even the Royals announcers were saying he never tagged him until he was clearly on the base. :cussing: Huff was safe, but that was a terrible play all around. Mora just kind of gave a half-hearted swing on a pitch that he should have easily been able to make contact with.

mrbig1
Stop stealing bases. We have the big bats to score some runs.
The Rick
Outs on the basepaths are really annoying. They are indeed, especially when we're letting a fidgety young pitcher settle down and go back to a full windup, instead of pitching from the stretch. It's incredibly annoying. :angryfire:

I agree, but when someone is safe, they should be called so.
Skeletor
I think the hit and run is stupid, but Melvin needs to learn the sign for it if DT is going to call it. That's the second time he's left Huff out to dry.
