I can't resist:

The Yankees lose! THE-E-E-E-E YANKEES -- LOSE!

Read it and weep, Mr. Sterling.

You forgot the part about it happening in the first round... yet again...

The Borg is defeated... and about 95% of baseball fans rejoice...

Hopefully Steinbrenner will go back to his old ways and trade them all in a package for Griffey, Jr...or Jay Gibbons!

Since blowing a 9th inning lead in game 4 of the ALCS, the Yankees have gone 4-13 in post-season play. Those 2004 Red Sox killed the body, and now the head is about to topple.

Seems possible that one of those guys could could go in a trade for Johan Santana.

This is a great moment, except it's overshadowed by the whole Torre circus.

Love how ESPN isn't covering the Indians press conference. . . . .

Well, they did go into the CLE locker room... and the CLE mgr is soaked with champagne... and they go up to him in his moment of triumph... and what question do they ask him?

They ask him what he thinks about this maybe being Torre's last game!

ARRRRGGHHH!!!

That's what $200 million will get you. One playoff win. I guess they can say they were better than the other three first round losers.

I'm told Michael Kay just said on the YES network that the Yankees are still the better team.

AAARGGGHHHH!

Drive another stake into these guys! Somebody.

Clearly, the Indians were the better team. No one can deny that. I freely admit I was dead wrong about this series.
