Yuck. This West guy is killing us. Hopefully this is a wake-up call to these guys of how great they need to play every single night to return this team to real tournament caliber and compete with the best in the ACC this year. This bench really looks too thin as of right now and we're not smart enough to get the ball to Gist everytime like we should.

We should pull this one out though.

This is getting unreal.

Hampton breaks the press easily for a dunk, but then Vasquez answers with a huge 3.

Hampton to the line for 2.

Misses the first one. Terps by 2 with 1 minute to go. Second one is missed as well.

Terps by 2 with the ball, 50 seconds to go. No more TO's for Gary, just used his last one.

Well that should do it. Looks like the Terps should hold on to win.

However, they have some big issues. None of the big guys with Gist's exception look like they can score at all. Osby killed them with turnovers and free throws, he looks like nothing more than a defensive stopper.

Vasquez turned the ball over wayyyyy too much, but he did come throughwith the big 3 late in the game.

Let's just say if they play like this against UCLA (their likely opponent in the semis), they will get destroyed, whether or not UCLA has Collison.
