Argh... It doesn't matter whether it's the regulars or scrubs. In all of the first four innings we had a man on second (or better) with no outs and could not get any runs except on the Fox (oh, Jackson) homerun. How can you repeatedly have a man on 2nd and no outs and not score? Bad baserunning, poor situational hitting, you name it, we do it.

It should matter. The Orioles' lineup today consists of Machado, Reimold, and 7 guys who won't be starting much for the O's this season, if they appear for the team at all. I'm not going to get worked up that the C-team isn't racking up clutch hits.

BTW, it was Pearce who homered, not Jackson.
