By the way, Nelson Cruz was the one who scored from first base on Davis' double.

It was a fairly close play at the plate. Cruz has average speed. Kendrys Morales is slow. So, assuming that Morales would have been batting second today if we had signed him instead of Cruz ....... and ALSO assuming that he would have been standing at first base with 2 outs just now on Chris Davis' double ........ we may have notched one extra exhibition season run than we would have if we had signed the other guy. :laughlol:
