Without even knowing that Jones said anything I can imagine some playful banter between the two after making that play. Now I have no idea if it was playful banter or not but I assumed Jones would give him some grief for making that play on him.

Jones was smiling and talking to Jake after the 2-0 changeup.

He's not going to throw you a strike on 0-1, Schoop. Come on. Think.

Well it's easier said than done. It's a 90 mph slider. Not much velocity difference than the fastball. It comes out of his hand as a strike and then drops out of the zone. It probably has tight spin making it that much harder to recognize and lay off.

I'm not sure who had the more pathetic at bat, schoop or Davis.

Probably Davis, because he's a vet and a lefty. Schoop is a rookie right handed batter.

God Davis is terrible.

We seriously have to consider Christian walker THIS season.

Davis will be below .150 by the time the playoffs start.
