Another reason why a 5 pitch inning for our hitters is bad. Columbe is on a pitch count. He'll make 7 easily now. We have no plate discipline.

Except he's already out. We've shown a fair amount of discipline at times this year. I'm not sure what you're noticing isn't a deliberate approach.
