He is clearly missing his spots. Ben McDonald is doing a great job describing where Joseph is setting up and where Chen's pitches are going.

I've been putting up with hearing what happens 2 seconds before I see it on TV for most of this weekend, just to get Angel/McDonald instead of Hunter/Bordick. Did it Friday. Started last night and today with just the TV sound but each time got frustrated and turned down the sound and put on the radio.

That changeup for the first strike swing to Longo was HUGE. It really slowed him down for the fastball that followed which led to the weak contact. If only his changeup was more effective.

He had issues with velocity differential since his NPB days.

I was hopeful the new grip he learned in spring training would help.

Not Bordick. The same pitch to Schoop that he called a good pitch to Longoria .He said the pitch to Schoop was too far down but the same pitch that Chen threw was a good pitch that he would not chase

Man I have never enjoyed Miller light, doesn't taste good at all in my opinion
