It just seems you expect the Oriole pitcher to take the next step and they don't. Happened to Matusz and Britton as starters and others.

He still doesn't have that 3rd pitch and until he does this is what we can expect.

If we kept Miller, I wouldn't have minded. But we didn't. That's the problem. I know hindsight is 20/20, but I would have tried to trade E rod out of the division.
