I like the minor league phase picks a lot. That's a couple of upside-y hitters that we didn't have before. Plus, unless I'm mistaken, they're just ours now.

O's lost Jhon Peluffo in the minor league phase to the Indians. Peluffo was the #16 prospect on the OH list in 2016. He struggled in 2017 and 2018 but had a bounce back year this year upon moving to relief at Delmarva before being called up to Frederick for 3 games. 22 years-old. Tough to get too upset about losing an A-ball reliever.

The Indians middle infielder sounds like a Koby legacy, and they suggest he was stuck being old for level because the Indians had too many good up the middle players - that won't be as much of an issue here.

Both guys from the Clev org. I’m assuming both have ties to Koby Perez. It could be less about the two players, and more about the O’s building relationships in the Dominican.
