Seems like a bad trade for the Mets.   I guess they were really desperate for a lefty reliever, but I’d rather have a pretty decent RH reliever than a very mediocre LH reliever.

If the Orioles wanted to make up the past few years to the fans, or at least a small amount, sign AJ to a contract and send him off in Baltimore style! Might be my favorite Oriole of all time.

I don't get why.

The two teams had an agreement and parted mostly on amicable terms (barring Jones blocking a trade).

Nope, looks like they are bringing in Robertson in the 9th for the save.
