Gotta keep running Cano out there, maybe in less leverage situations (where looks like can use Webb/Perez as bridge to Kimbrel). I’d like to see him get back to 2S fastballs and work on an early count “dump in” slider. -
Tanner Scott walked 13 in 12 innings in April and he’s been much better since. Saw him close against the Phils the other night. Very sharp. 98-99 with a knee buckling slider and command. Again, by the numbers, he was one of the best 3-5 relievers in baseball last year and he got better as the year went on. Looks like the same thing this year. We could do a lot worse. And he’s a rental so he won’t cost an arm and a leg. Bradfield and Vespi for Scott. Something like that. Do it. -
Yeah I'm in South Carolina and I'm getting the dodgers game on fox. Does that mean I won't be able to watch the Os on mlb.tv? -
I just checked, and this season, Cano has a 12.00% walk rate, and many here at the OH are lighting torches and sharpening pitchforks. Tanner Scott has a 15.9% walk rate and many here at the OH are clamoring to acquire him. Id prefer someone better, please. -
Looks like I'll have to try alternatives for the Saturday night game. But WTH is up with the whole Phil area being shown the West Coast rivalry game? Do they really believe no Os fans live there? 🤔 Also, someone should tell Roy he'll be watching the Dodgers-Giants tonight. -

You read a little too much into that. We need a bat to go against LH SP in the playoffs. Mayo can DH and be that bat. A very specific role. Saying that has nothing to do with us needing a SP. The thread is “Luis Robert”. A bat. -

I reckon they’re being careful. Even swinging uses those muscles but not in the way and stress that throwing does. That type of inflammation is incredibly common. And you can get through it pretty quickly especially when young. Look at Neto.
