I’m trying to see what injury has caused Toby Welk to be moved to the 60 day IL by Bowie.  Searching, cannot find info.

He tore/sprained his knee in a game. No surgery required.

Thanks for the info. 60 day seems excessive if no surgery required.

Depends what is torn. Surgery might not be required, but the knee might not be stable for a few weeks and then he will still need to build up the strength for lateral and explosive movements. I've twisted my knee really bad slipping on some ice and it took a little over a month to walk normally without feeling like it'll give out.

We are talking the Orioles rehab plan here. They could put a guy down for 30 days with a hangnail!

He's down in Sarasota rehabbing. I saw the game where he got hurt. Two players had to help him off the field. I wasn't told he had surgery, I was told he's down in Sarasota rehabbing and slowly making it back.

He seemed to be jumping around just fine In Rutschman’s video of him being called up.
