I think he generally has the same plate discipline from the RH side (though that pitch was clearly a ball), but pitchers have figured out he won't do any damage.

I think everyone knows it's been real bad. My guess is he'll figure it out. Might not be this year, but I bet he doesn't have another awful side like this next year.

It's what 80 at bats spread out over a period of months?

If it's still an issue this time next year it's time to worry.

That being said I'd schedule his days off to minimize exposure.
