Hopefully.  The other day I mentioned to my 14-year-old that there was a time in the early 1980s where the consensus was that the Orioles and Redskins were among the best run, if not the best run, franchises in the Majors and the NFL.  He found that kind of hard to believe.

My only thoughts for the offseason are that I hope we don't trade Mateo or Santander.  Gunnerson can play second.

In a week I'll be ready for spring training.

I think most people with fond feelings about The Oriole Way associate it with Earl. Some of us go back to Paul Richard’s, The Wizard of Waxahachie.
