I liked him last year too, but we all know that relievers are failed starters and can provide some of the biggest swings in performance. Heck, there Orioles got Peres for nothing because he was bad the previous year.

One wonders how Nevin stays in the big leagues, esp. at positions where a productive bat is usually required. Looking at his career stats, it's not as if he has had great spring trainings either.
