His arm slot is a little lower than normal.  He also is overthrowing.  He is best when he uses minimal effort.  He is trying too hard and his ball doesn’t move as much.  The only pitch that looked correct was the change.  Everything else was very normal and very hittable looking.  Haven’t seen the whiffle balls in awhile.

Are many guys getting good wood though? There’s certainly more contact, but without checking, my impression is a whole lot of it seems like it’s on the ground.
