I think the Florida state RHP has some leverage as a draft eligible senior, gonna probably go over slot for him

I don't now if it was a good pick or not, but he pitched in college/draft leagues in Alexandria and Frederick (and Greenville) so I imagine someone had time to get eyes on him plenty.
