How in the world are only 6% of ball players African American?  From the 50-70's they dominated.  Some reason they lost interest in baseball and its odd trying to figure out why.

I think it is for each runners on base.  With the max of four.

I guess we have a difference of opinion. Based on his pitch arsenal and his ability/inability to execute those pitches, I don’t see much margin of f error for a recipe for success for him as a SP.
