If we don't want to release him, here are some useful things he can do with his abilities:

• Mop-up man. Pitch a few innings when the O's are down by 6 or more runs.
• Ball boy.
• Bullpen catcher.
• Minor league bench coach.
• Aberdeen Ironbirds assistant pitching coach.
• Oriole Bird mascot (wear the suit).

Sadly, we paid him entirely too much money for them to consider cutting him.  But yes, he needs to be removed from the closer role ASAP.  Literally anyone else would be better.

With the money Kimbrel is owed the Orioles certainly will do this to salvage what's left of Kimbrel as a pitcher. Put him on the IL and if Kimbrel has a complaint tell him to enjoy the $14M he's making for being terrible.

Suarez isn’t used to coming into games with guys on.  I would have opted for Webb.
