Yes, luck is a factor, but I think, especially in some of the O's late comeback wins earlier in the season, competitive grittiness - just wanting it more makes a difference. This team does not quit and does not give up. -

We play the same amount of road and home games. High leverage/low leverage usage plays into that too. We rarely trot out Baumann in a 1-run 9th. But we may with a 4-run lead. It is muddy waters for sure... -

When I look at other people's grid posts, I don't really care what their score is, I'm more about seeing what players they used that I would never have thought of! Especially since I use mainly 21st century players, I like seeing the players from prior times that get used. Also I bet most people that post here are less good than their posts would make it appear... If I 9/9 a grid, I might post it even if it's not that interesting. If I mess it up, I'm less likely to post it unless I feel like I messed it up in some sort of notable way. -

I know High School pitcher is a big miss rate but under different regimes we have done a decent job. Between Grayson, Hall, Harvey. Grayson may be the only SP but Hall helped get us Corbin Burnes. -

Exactly. Even if you have a great bullpen there is always some degree of luck when it comes to winning one run games. If you are consistently beating teams by 5 runs or more that's not luck and it means you have the better team.
