Yes, I am basing it off of his philosophies and what he has historically done as a GM.

It's interesting that the players you mentioned were drafted long before AM.

It is interesting. It's also interesting to note that he still has David and John Stockstill in critical roles, and both have been a long-term part of the problem - at least from what I can tell.

Any evidence is subjective.

His mantra was "grow the arms," which has been accomplished. Now it is time for him to put up with "buy the bats." He also didn't make any deals that would hurt the team long-term.
