Not necessary.

I agree. I might need a brain according to the Plus Members, but we still need a first baseman according to me. It amazes me how many people on here are content with being a losing team. "Sorry, I just don't play ball on that team, and my '83 Beta version of Cal Ripken catching that last out in the World Series is starting to grow roots."

No one disagrees with you in that the team needs a first baseman. You have the wrong mindset here. They way you go about saying that fact is what annoys people. Multiple threads or posts about Prince Fielder or complaining about MacPhail is what ticks people off.

Fraud!

Any real Orioles fan has already tranferred that bad boy to DVD!

*Note, this is sarcasm and I am not truly calling maybe a fraud. :D

What's the point of this post, other than to antagonize people? Please tell us which 1B you would have targetted, and what you would have been willing to pay them to come to Baltimore. Then we can discuss the merits of your position. Let's say that Adam LaRoche won't come to Baltimore unless we give him $30 mm over 2 years -- are you willing to do that? Let's say we could have nabbed Dunn for 4/$64 mm -- would you have done that? Would you have offered Pena 1/$14 mm? Please tell.

Dude it is posts like these that get you ridiculed on here. You make antagonistic comments and your arguments are poorly supported. Either learn from your mistakes or bugger off!

I think there's something wrong with my computer, every time I read one of these poorly concieved posts, I get an error message!

It reads:

You must spread some Reputation around before giving it to maybe2050 again.

I don't know what made you choose the persona marked "The Prophet of the One True Way's Bitter Little Brother", but I strongly urge you to try on another one and fast. This one's already worn out its welcome.

Let's see :

Lance Berkman - Never blinked

Adrian Beltre - Won't blink

Carl Crawford - Closed eyes tighter

Adam Dunn - Nearly blinked

Jon Garland - Never blinked

Paul Konerko - Never blinked

Cliff Lee - Closed eyes tighter

Victor Martinez - Never blinked

Hideki Matsui - Never blinked

Lyle Overbay - Never blinked

Carlos Pena - Never blinked

Jhonny Peralta - Never blinked

George Sherrill - Never blinked

Jayson Werth - Closed eyes tighter

Ty Wigginton - Never blinked

-----------------------------------------------------------------------

"Yeah" and I have a bad attitude? Well maybe so, but can someone get MacPhail some visine please ? If he doesn't open his eyes soon, we might miss the offseason and not have the chance to be "Really Aggressive in the Free Agent Market". Hopefully this poorly concieved message is fully crystal clear.

What does this whole blinking thing mean?

Also, :laughlol::laughlol::laughlol: including Wigginton on that list.
